Location superb, easy for uber pick up and drop off. Have good breakfast spot just located on the ground floor of the hotel. Cleanliness level is good notch esp for eczema prone skin condition.

Some simple adjustments can make a difference. Eg. Instead of laminated A4 signages all over the room, can consolidate into just one or flash it on the TV as a welcome message. Also lighting in the room is too white and bright. Just dimming it slightly and keeping the light temperature a bit warmer can make the room much cozier. Staff were very helpful but were a bit overwhelmed during peak timings.

Great Location! Walkable to Ximending and just at the doorstep of Ximen station. Room is of good size, bright and airy. The amenities at the lobby was very useful. WIll stay again!

Location of hotel is great. Take the exit 3 from Ximen instead of exit 2. Exit 3 has escalators. Lobby seems very small with many guests waiting to check in. Room size is ok and clean. But for the price I can get a much nicer room in other boutique hotels. This has been overhyped on social media. Too expensive in my opinion.
