    The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, while the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with great facilities that added to the overall comfort. Considering the quality and service, it offered excellent value for money.

    to be very frank i would not come back to stay. ok got to agree and give credit where credit is due, the room is very clean but thats about it. read agoda listing which specified that this hotel had wash and laundry which i really needed only to find out that there werent any so beware if this is a dealbreaker for you. furthermore, when i asked the staff for the laundryroom the looked me dead in the eye and said they did not have any and told me that i had to self source a 24hour laundromat myself. paying for such a price for this hotel i would expect more amenities and better service like cant the staff smile more lol? oh and the 24hours check in is lowkey a scam, they charge 100NTD for every hour earlier you want to check in before 3pm so take note.

    few times had stayed here and the staff attitude are very rude. when ask question they do not answer politely. example, ask for extra table napkin, they knock on the door, hold the tissue , pass to me , no talking nothing. this is one of the few scenario of bad service, how would i know if he is staff or some random stranger knocking on the door. for taiwan service level, this is consider bad
