    It connects to the train station, so it's walk distance to the hotel after get out of the train station (be careful you might have a chance to get lost, but hotel website has instructions with images/signs to guide you step by step) I remember there is one stair in the station underground needed to lift the luggage by myself (no elevator or I just didn't know where to find), but the stair is short, so you will be fine, go through the station underground, go through the connection between the station and the mall(be careful you need to make a left/right turn here, don't go straight, my wife always go straight and get lost) then the hotel actually located on the high floor of the mall, you need to reach the ground level of the mall, go outside, the entrance of the hotel is on the left hand side. (Not reachable inside the mall) Every staff member is polite and nice (it applies to every hotel I have stayed in Taiwan) the room is big, I am also offer club/lounge access but I didn't use it. It has a little bit of dust on the wall corner/back of the bed, so I minus one star for cleanliness (sorry, uploaded pictures failed; cannot provide proof,) but I paid almost $100 less than I paid to other 5-star hotels, so in general, I still recommend this hotel for a cash price check-in.

    The hotel is very close to the subway. It is a short walk to a night market as well as the street where they sell dry goods. It was a nice stay.

    Too old style, but great location. Comforter is tooooooo thin. Put on the extra blanket from closet, yet they are very filthy, dusty, n dirts inside. Made you feel very unclean and unhygienic. The reusable sleepers are unacceptable, never want to wear any sleepers that had been worn by other people, very disgusting. The shower area , the bath tub, and toilet area arrangement is sooooo odd and strange, can't imagine its like noooo privacy at all in using the bathroom. Unbelievable design. We as guests made a lot of fun from this odd design. Never came across this type of bathroom setting at all. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. Its great, convenient, and perfect, its the best. Easy to get to the MRT, the High speed rail, n the airport connection. Thumbs up. If u look for convenience , its a great hotel, this is the only thing i would recommend. But if you look for cleanliness of the linen n other furniture surfaces, u would be disappointed.
