Brown House Hotel - Taipei Main Station

Really liked the room and the price, clean big room for only 40bucks a night, crazy good.

i had my partner book this place for me online, but during check in you need to show the same card that was used to pay and they only accept to see a physical version of it, no virtual. i had to pay with either another card (physical for some reason and couldn't be virtual) or cash. until they give the money back on the other card that was used to book the place, I technically paid 2 times. yes I will get the money back so not that big of a problem, just a small inconvinience if you don't carry a physical card on you.

Had a nice stay here. You can see Taipei 101 from the room. Very clean, aircon works fine.

No coffee available at the pantry, just tea.

It was very convenient and MTR was just 2 mins to walk, uber can easily locate us at the main road. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Everyday our rooms were cleaned well.

The only thing was that the sheets were changed only once I believe during our 9 night stay. Also the lifts takes ages sometimes!

Great location!

There was no good view from the room even is at 26th floor!
