Staffs are nice. Hotel room and bed are clean. Hotel provide quite a lot of air purifier at walkway. Besides of only one room service per stay nothing much else to complain.

Pros: overflowing free snacks, coffee and water. If you have kids they have a free play area usually opens at 9:30am. They are strict with the time so rest assured it will be followed for proper managing of probably noises. The hotel is near taipei main exit Z8 and Z6 but if you need an elevator for your luggages and stroller they are also near Z4 few mins walk from the hotel. Its located on 5f of the building. Big Bed is what I really like so me, my daughter and her dad fits perfectly well. I love they have amenities for your child like a chair, small tub at the restroom, small tent and bouncing animal toy for your child to play with. Enough pillows for the family. There’s also a bottle sterilizer you can borrow. Cons: the bed is two adjoined double bed hence if you’re positioned in the middle part you can feel the crease or the position where it separates. No extra toiletries meaning slippers and toothbrush you need to bring or buy. Also the laundry bag needs to be bought. There’s a shampoo and body wash dispenser at the restroom tho’ but that was it. I think it is really mandated in taipei/taiwan to minimize waste. But overall our stay there was great. Most of the people staying our with kids/babies hence, I think it is a community that we can understand each other as we are on the same boat.

Housed in a dodgy building, I got a shock when I reached there. No housekeeping except changing of towels and emptying trash even after 5 nights stay. The towels have holes and yellow stains. HORRIFIED!! I really regret staying here but location is okie.
