Room: The room was clean with a good amount of space for the price. The TV right at the foot of the bed was incredibly convenient. There is an iPad master control switch for the auto-closing blind and curtain, as well as the TV and a custom-colour shower light as well as dimmable room lights! The ambiance was fire and the convenience of the iPad made the room stay very smooth and comfortable. Of course, the room's view was the star of the show as we chose the River View option which had a vast view of the Tamsui River, where we could even watch planes approaching Songshan Airport!
Service: The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we faced no problems finding what we needed.
Facilities: The Living Room shared space on level 2 was super cosy and chic, with a nice view of the intersection the hotel faces. It's a very nice place to chill and relax, as it is very intricately detailed and decorated.
Location: The location is amazing for the price as although hotels like Sotetsu and Amba are situated closer to Ximending, CitizenM is closer to Taipei Main Station, hence granting better access to everything from Taipei 101 to Taoyuan Airport via MRT.
Overall a very strong choice if you're planning to stay in Taiwan and this hotel is definitely worth the money!

Located near the Main Station, was easy to locate.
Room is clean, wifi is strong, bed is very comfortable. Will be back to stay.
Only downside it is very small.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is 10/10, super close to the metro station AND Ximending! Room is quite small but that doesn’t stop us from enjoying our stay 🫶🏻

We had our wedding anniversary holiday and stayed at this hotel.
The lights, temperature and ambience controls were impressive. Unfortunately the staff is cold and unfriendly and the room lacks basic amenities like shower cap and kettle. Water bottles were also not replenished.
