    Pros: 1. Water dispenser near the lift lobby area (warm, cold, hot). Water jug and kettle are also provided. 2. Communal dining space near the reception area, free coffee/tea/beverages and snacks are provided. 3. Beside Ximen station which is about 4-5mins walk, there are several bus-stops nearby which makes it even more convenient. 4. They also have coin laundry service. Cons: 1. Only shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner or hand soap provided. If you need to wash your hands, you will need to go to the shower area to retrieve the shower gel. 2. Shower area is semi partition - half glass panel so water tends to splash out. 3. During check-in, I was told that all toilet paper needs to be disposed in the bin and not flush it down the toilet bowl as it will choke the pipes. I personally find this super unhygienic, especially if you are cleaning up after taking a dump and leaving them in the bin instead of flushing it. Overall it was a great stay, value for money, location is great. Only issue I had was having to throw toilet paper into a bin instead of flushing it. This is down to personal habit.

    This is my third times in this hotel. But feeling disappointed this time, as the staffs seem not happy to welcome the guests as before. ( only the two ladies staff were much more friendly) None of the morning ( 4 mornings) by 8am there was not a single croissant left. And by 3pm all the mini packet drink were gone . Saw one of the guests lying on the sofa sitting area for at least one hour ( creating lesser sitting seats)and the staffs take no action. Disappointed
