    Hotel was a bit old but very decent, and stay was good but only marred by two days where apparently they had to do emergency repairs and they were drilling from early in the morning onwards. But staff was nice and apologetic, and even bought a gift for me as an apology for the disruptions. Location was very good, near the train station and the main XiMenDing area.

    Things were a bit old, but I can see this was a nice hotel when it was built. The building is small, 4 rooms per floor. I feel there was a problem with moisture and mold. There is a dehumidifier in the room I would need to empty 3/4 time per day. When we asked to switch rooms because of the mold around the air vents, the receptionist asked us to wait for 20 mins while he ran an ozone treatment in the room as there was no other vacancies. The location is great though, it was our first time in Taiwan so we wanted to stay central. I may not stay again but my experience here was not so bad. I don't mind the money I paid for the stay

    The hotel is very near the Ximending MRT station but contrary to other information, it is nearer the exit 1 of MRT Ximen, rather than exit 6. The hotel staff can converse in English. The room was very nice, elegant-looking, clean, and fragrant. They also let you stay in their lounge at the 2nd floor right before before and right after your booking. The only downside is that for light travelers, nearest coin laundry is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is perfect!

    Hey Agoda, i selected family of four when i choose my hotel, on the day of my checkin, the hotel told me i only booked two person room, which i had to top up to get myself a bigger family room, and they told me they can only gave me the family for first two days, and the third days i have to bring down all luggages to change to a three person room or i have to book an extra room
