Orange Hotel - Ximen, Taipei

Very helpful staff - answer any question and help you with all things. Francis was the front desk person who went an extra mile and walked my elderly mother to the laundry facility at the other Orange Hotel Facility. Great location, easy to get to anywhere. The Ximen station is at the hub of all important subway lines and close to major shopping streets.

I wish there was a bigger desk for me to work. The side desk is very small and there is only enough room to put a few items.

I like the property as its very clean, location was good and the staff is helpful, though I hope they will have the early check in option as the time we came they told us to wait till 3pm

The early check in option was not offered the time we asked and arrived though they tried their best to accommodate us as early as they can All were good over all

Downstairs snack area with coffee, large tables, utensils. Breakfast voucher for the burger place was ok. Kids liked the chicken nuggets there. Close to Ximending shopping and ximen MRT station.

Our room was booked for a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 younger kids in a double room - full sized bed. Didn’t imagine the room to be so small. It really shouldn’t have been made available for 4 people. We ended up all sleeping perpendicular to the bed in order for us all to fit. :( The AC vents also weren’t in an ideal spot. Blew right at my head. They only provided us with enough linen and towels for 2 people. We had to ask them to supply us with more which they did quickly provide.
