    Overall a very nice property with great amenities. Everything in our room was very clean, which was nice after a long day in the heat of the city. Great location with easy walking to the action.

    location is very nice. short walk to ximending market. however, the snacks are very limited. only 4 choices of biscuits and juices plus ice cream. for the same rate, you can book a hotel with the same rating but better snack options.

    The room is clean and tidy! We had a comfortable stay there. The staff are kind. The only downside is that the cafe where they offered free breakfast coupon is a bit far from the hotel. It's like 15mins. walk. But overall it's fine.

    Perhaps I was just unaware of the eco-friendly nature of hotels in Taiwan, but only towels and the bed sheet were ever changed from what I could see, the floors were never sweeped. Toothbrushes and other essentials were not provided and needed to be purchased in a vending machine in their 1st floor lobby. Washing and drying of laundry is available, but is only available from 9am to 9pm, I can't imagine being away on vacation and having to have a curfew just to have the clothes, that I was sweating in due to the humid and hot climate, cleaned. Had it not been for its proximity to the train station, I would not recommend this hotel.
