Hotel was in perfect location. Near the food and train station. It was my 5th time in Taiwan and I came back to this area for my boyfriend to let him enjoy his first experience.

Very spacious room. Clean and quiet. You ca do watee refill by the elevetor. Location is very convenient for commuting with tons of food options.

Pros:
• Convenient Location: The hotel's location is fantastic for travelers, making it easy to access nearby transportation and attractions.
Cons:
• Misleading Written Commitments: Prior to my stay, I specifically emailed the hotel to inquire about early check-in. Their team replied in writing stating that arriving after 12:00 PM is free of charge if a room is ready.
• Incorrect Room & Unexpected Fees: Upon checking in at their 11th-floor automated kiosk at 01:45 PM, I was told by the guy from (customer service via phone) early check-in fee is $300/hr. To make matters worse, the kiosk assigned me the wrong room type. The front desk couldn't resolve the room discrepancy until 2:00 PM—meaning I couldn't even use the correct room during the time I was charged for.
• Aggressive & Unprofessional Customer Support: When I reached out via email to request a refund and provided screenshots of their previous promise, management completely backtracked. Instead of taking accountability, they:
o Told me to "get your facts straight" and dismissed their own written confirmation as a "translation error."
o Flat out stated: "The truth is, you're wasting your time arguing with us about these things."
o Refused to honor their initial word or take responsibility for assigning the wrong room.
Mistakes happen, but hostiles responses and outright contempt for guests when presented with clear evidence is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you value basic respect, transparency, and decent service.
