I booked this hotel because my dad needed space to practise walking after his knee replacement surgery. The room was spacious and the furnishings were simple but adequate. However, the hotel appeared to be understaffed in terms of housekeeping, as our room was often not cleaned until late in the afternoon. The cleaning itself was also somewhat inconsistent, with the toilet and shower areas frequently left unattended. We stayed at the hotel for 14 days, and on our final day we requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, one of the reception staff responded with an unfriendly and rather condescending attitude. That said, the other staff members were pleasant, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly provided a wheelchair, ice, and a chair to assist with my dad’s comfort and mobility during his recovery, for which I am very grateful.
