    My daughter and I loved our stay at Lore Hotel. She says it feels like "a hospital from the future." She's not far off. The minimalist, clean-white decor is well-executed. Everything from the well thought-out layout, to the decor, and spacious bathrooms, was a surprise given the price point. We'll defintely be coming back!

    It's a comfortable stay at Lore. The hotel is located in an outdated building yet its own facilities look new. Within walking distance is the famous Dihua Old Street with tasty traditional tea as well as third-wave coffee. Staff members were polite and courteous. One minus: The laundry is open from 10AM to 10PM, which was inconvenient for me since I had commitments in town during those hours. The dryer took almost forever and still did not dry my clothes completely.
