    Dear S.Aura Hotel Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service we received from your Front Office team during our recent stay. We had booked four rooms at your hotel and completed our check-out at approximately 9:00 AM. Our original plan was to leave immediately after our scheduled activities. However, we unexpectedly completed our tasks much earlier than anticipated. Before collecting our luggage, we politely asked the Front Office staff whether we could briefly use the swimming pool shower facilities to freshen up before our journey home. Unfortunately, the staff immediately rejected our request, stating that since we had already checked out, "there's nothing we can do unless you pay for it." What disappointed us most was not the refusal itself, but the way it was handled. The staff made no effort to: - Understand our situation. - Check with a supervisor or manager whether any flexibility could be offered. - Explore any alternative solution. Instead, the request was dismissed outright. As guests who had reserved four rooms, we expected a higher standard of hospitality and customer service. We fully understand that hotel policies may restrict access to facilities after check-out. However, good customer service is about listening to guests, showing empathy, and at least making an effort to explore possible solutions rather than simply saying "No." A simple response such as, "Let me check with my manager to see if we can make an exception," would have demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to assist, even if the final answer remained the same. The experience left us feeling that our request was not valued and that there was little interest in providing good customer service. This is not the level of hospitality I would expect from a hotel serving paying guests. I hope the management will review this incident with the Front Office team and reinforce the importance of customer service, communication, and empowerment to handle guest requests more professionally. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.

    Good mattress, big room, clean, great breakfast. Will come back again.

    There‘s kind of smell in the bedding sheet. Thus asked them to change. Also it‘s dusty at the bottom of the wardrobe. Seem the towels got the smell too. With the location of hotel, they should initiate the calling of taxi for guests.
