    Wow where to begin.. The staffs were helpful. The location was at Nan Gang Station so easy to catch taxi, mrt and other public transportation. It was near malls that had numbers of restaurants, 24hr minimarkets and other retails. I enjoyed Taipei so much also because staying here. Hope to rebook your hotel soon.

    Issue with the extra fee, which is only explained after I booked and paid the room. Been to many hotel worldwide and this is the first time I encountered this BS. Rachel Chen the Manager on duty is rude and doesn't know customer service. We are paying clients and she just argued.
