    I like to stay here because there's a washer/dryer in the room, close to mrt, and more space than a hotel room.

    PROS - Location. close to MRT, restaurants, small eateries, shopping - Staff. Friendly and courteous reception crew - Service. Problems were addressed in timely manner; staff provided as much as assistance as reasonably possible - Room size. Large rooms with tons of storage space. - Daily light housekeeping. sheets changed on request. Bottled water provided. - Free B1 parking - washer/dryer in room - Cold AC!! CONS: - Cleanliness/upkeep. couches have stains. Shower stall, sink undermoints and tub surrounds have visibly thick mildew/mold.. Bedroom walls have large cracks. curtains and shades have stains. bathroom countertops were not fully cleaned (there was hair in corners) - Daily light housekeeping. floors are not really ckeaned; just lightly dusted/dry swiffered. - Technology. Internet is abysmal. wifi is worthless. TV works via wifi only; we had constant issues. - no on site restaurant or gym. Stay here for the large room, location, and staff friendliness. look elsewhere if cleanliness and solid wifi are important.
