Simple room yet big enough to open up 2 luggage at different corner. Location is less than 5mins walk from Ximen station. Family mart and shopping district are nearby too.

Honestly, apart from the excellent location right in XMD, I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. The lift is extremely small. It could only fit our stroller with our baby inside, while squeezing in two average-sized adults. Our stroller is a Bugaboo Butterfly 2, which is already a relatively compact stroller. The room was also extremely small, with hardly any extra space. We brought a travel cot for our baby, but there was simply no room to set it up, so our baby ended up sleeping with us on the large bed. The room was so cramped that it was difficult to open even two pieces of luggage, let alone have space to store or open the stroller. The wet area is also connected directly to the room, which made washing and sterilising baby bottles quite inconvenient. The large bed was extremely soft, and we could actually feel the springs underneath, which was uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is very convenient, the room size, tiny lift and lack of space make this hotel unsuitable for families travelling with young children. I would recommend considering other options if you are travelling with a baby or stroller.
