    The staff available in the reception area is accommodating. While the room is not that big, it was well cleaned and organized.

    TW Hostel is very budget-friendly. It is also safe, clean, and a convenient stay. It's a bit of a walk if you are going to the MRT (Ximen), but very near Ximending (esp. if you'd like to explore the food and shops around, NET and Mr. Ho's Shop - very near). Family Mart and 7-Eleven are just few mins. away (even Curly Mama, the best crispy milk donut!). The rooms are not that sound proof, but it was okay for us, considering the affordability of the hostel. If you arrived early, you may leave your luggages in their reception. They have a water dispenser (hot & cold) and a refrigerator shared by all the guests within the floor you are staying. You'll be asked to label your food/drinks when you store it. Room slippers, towels, cups, hair blower, tissue, shampoo & body wash are also provided, which we really appreciate for a budget hostel. Do not expect any staff to serve/accommodate your needs, since this is a hostel, you may just see them at the reception if you need anything. Reception is a separate room downstairs, not accessible if you are in the floor/s where the rooms are. No elevator as well, so be ready to carry your luggages upstairs. Bed is comfortable, AC works well, they change your towels also, wifi is also good. Just be careful with the shower heater, can be too hot sometimes. But overall, it was a great stay.     Below average hotel. The rooms are cramped, old and quite dirty with windows that serve no purpose. The staff was good except that one lady at the reception who was very hesitant to store our luggage post 6pm in the office even if the office is open until 9pm even if the rest of the staff happily obliged. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the ximending night market.
