The place was clean, and quiet—which I really liked because we could rest properly and the location is super convenient! The staff made sure we have everything we need during our stay ❤️ Ac is working well, the room has a private bathroom but no bidet, you can also do your laundry here :) will book at this place again when I return to Taiwan ❤️

Overall, we were very happy with TW Hostel 1. They allow us to self check-in early in the morning. The hostel is very safe accessing your floor and your room. The hostel is also very near shops, convenience stores, restos, and food shops. The hostel is also just a walking distance from the Ximen station. I only give 4 star in the Staff rating because we could not see any staff on the lobby, but luckily we didn't really had any urgent needs during our stay but they made sure to change our towels and our floor was clean. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Below average hotel. The rooms are cramped, old and quite dirty with windows that serve no purpose. The staff was good except that one lady at the reception who was very hesitant to store our luggage post 6pm in the office even if the office is open until 9pm even if the rest of the staff happily obliged. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the ximending night market.
