    the front desk peeps are totally friendly and the extra security for the female dorms is extra safe. i definitely recommend. heads up on rentals for towel and slippers are required for the hostel

    The hostel has a quite good location, friendly reception staff, and nice perks like free tea and coffee. It's also very reasonably priced! However, there are a few areas that could be improved. I noticed a strong foot smell in the room when I returned from sightseeing, which made it hard to rest. Providing free slippers or adopting a 'no shoes inside' policy—similar to standard practices in Japan or Korea—would easily solve this. Additionally, cleanliness could be stepped up; I found stray hairs on my bed, and it looked like the comforters aren't changed between guests. Lastly, just a heads-up for travelers that you have to rent towels and slippers here, which is a bit unusual if you're used to amenities being included. It’s a decent budget stay, but a few small changes would make it much better!
