    第一天办理入住的 就发生不愉快的经历 原本是下午3:00入住时间，前台小姐说假如要早入住的话是一个钟头NTD500 刚好早入住的时间是一点多，所以就说有一个清理费用 NTD500 当时我们不是很需要这个服务，就跟他说不用了。但是后面因为实在太累，所以就和他说想要早一点入住 结果费用就变成了1000 然后我们拒绝了 之后前台小姐全程就是黑脸。然后发现冲凉房的那个冲凉房的下水道一点都不通 流水流得很慢 有照片已上传 也有视频，因为由前台的经历 已经懒的反馈了

    Honestly best hotel you can find in the Ximending area. Very clean and comfortable. A little tricky to find but worth the search

    酒店大堂在六樓，但地下有數級樓梯，輪椅只可用走後門。後門的通道有時候有路阻，下雨時的渠蓋會倒灌水，一個小噴泉。後門也比較骯髒，是送貨升降機。開放時間也有限制，00:00到 06:00會關閉。第一天甚至22:00多就鎖了酒店後門，要找其他人到前台開門。體驗不太好。 另外，酒店職員的內部溝通可以加強。請酒店職員訂無障礙輪椅計程車，前一晚職員確認後，當天早上去了解上車地點，但早上的職員不知情，有些混亂。要一些時間查找，終於順利找到相關預約。 房間的隔音也一般，聽到隔壁的一點聲音。走廊的聲音最大，有一晚曾被打擾。 酒店的床可前後升降，廁板溫暖，浴缸有按摩功能（但無障礙房間沒有浴缸），職員整體有禮，願意協助旅客，都很好。
