    This room was fine. We didn’t expect much since it was just a budget hotel, but the location was exceptional. It was right inside Ximending! The room we booked was good for two people, but they gave us a room that could accommodate three, so it was quite spacious. Although they cleaned the room every day, it wasn’t always perfectly clean, but we understand since it’s a budget hotel. The cleaner was really nice, though! She always greeted us with a smile, which was a nice touch. Another plus point for this hotel is that they provide bottled water every day after cleaning the room. They also have a water dispenser, so we didn’t need to buy water outside. As for the door lock, it was kind of a hassle because we had to tap the card every time before closing the door since the door couldn’t be locked otherwise.

    3/5 A few things could be improved during our stay. First, don’t use Apple Maps to find the hotel. It directed us to a different location, and we ended up spending around 30 minutes trying to find the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer directions or a recommended map location for guests. Communication was also an issue. The staff were not very responsive, so I suggest having an additional communication channel such as WhatsApp, with someone available to respond to guests promptly, especially when they need assistance finding the property or have questions before arrival. Lastly, the front desk staff during check-in did not seem very approachable or welcoming. A warmer and more accommodating attitude would definitely improve the overall guest experience. The hotel itself has potential, but improving the communication, directions, and front desk service would make a big difference.
