I’ve booked this accommodation twice now and I liked it here especially the location-it’s near the main station and there are food stalls downstairs, family mart and 7eleven. Either, you’ll exit z6 or z8 (nearest) however, stairs only. There’s an elevator at exit z4. If you only have a carry on bag, I suggest you exit at Z8.
The staffs are very accommodating and polite.

The beautiful older lady staff was so kind and welcoming—if you read this, thank you so much. There was a language barrier but her kindness was rly felt.
The location was great since it's near exit z8 where you can just go there to go to taipei main station/TMS, but do note there's a long stairs so not recommended if carrying heavy luggage. But it's still near TMS, just walk a bit to the right and cross the pedestrian lane, you can see tms to the right when you get outside the building.
For the room, it was spacious and it's clean. The door lock is so modern, you just need to input your passcode (provided thru whatsapp). There's also a weighing scale in the lounge so rly convenient. Also, talking about convenience, there's also a family mart across the hotel and starbucks near it and some local stores selling dumplings, noddles, etc (but unfortunately, we didn't try there).

Will not be recommending this to anyone. Staff has an attitude because I was speaking in English, when my friend spoke Chinese, they became friendly.
