Check-in was easy and hassle-free for us, and the customer service was very helpful. I noticed that some previous reviews mentioned difficulties with the check-in process, but we personally had no issues. You just need to communicate and follow the instructions accordingly.
We stayed at the 2nd floor. The room we got did not have a window, but it was fine for us since we only used it for sleeping and spent most of the day outside. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. However, I think the carpet flooring could use some renovation due to some visible stains.
The bathroom was great. It had a Japanese-style toilet with a heated seat and bidet. The shower heater also worked well, and the overall bathroom design was nice and modern.
I think adding extra pillows instead of 1 each guest could also add some comfort during the stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with helpful customer service and good amenities.

If I had known there was no check in service, I would never have booked this place. It was a self check in and for some reason the system wasn't letting me in. I started texting with customer service. I was with them for almost an hour because they had to check me in themselves. It was horrible. There was a guy who was sitting outside and he was helping people maneuver the check in process. Why he couldn't have checked me in, I have no idea.
I only had one bed instead of two. Because I booked through agoda, the hotel didn't help me. Will never be back, even with the cheap price. Too much of a headache.

The location is not near to everything but can be walkable to Taipei Main Station.

1) There is no signboard to show the hotel name (please refer my photo).
2) Self check-in took me half an hour to using Line apps chat with the customer service, senior adult could fell troublesome.
3) I did gave my feedback to them to change the pillows, they are too old and soft.
