The room we stayed in is small , no window but has everything you need and very clean. Great Bathroom. Suited us as we only go in the room to sleep. Location is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. I actually expecting bare minimum since I got the room for low price. But it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean. Thank you so much!

I honestly chose this location because it was lower in cost than others similarly located near the key Taipei Main station (which is convenient for getting to Taoyuan for your flight home). PLUS: room turns out to have a state-of-the-art bidet which few hotels in Taiwan seem to have. HD cable TV with BBC and CNN on it so I can catch up on the news. Decent room space so we can open up our bags. And - finally, this place is close to a really good night market (ie 450m or so) Ningnxia night market, lots of 7-11's and Family Mart nearby, the Taoyuan Airport MRT is 450m (10 min.?) away via Google Map, so the location is spot-on in that sense. Room amenities - has a fridge, hair dryer, en-suite toilet with that amazing BIDET, and complimentary bottled water, and free water dispenser in the common room where you get your room key. NEGATIVE: the check-in process, in the absence of any actual human staff on the premises, is a pain-in-the-butt. You have to jump through so many digital hoops to go through their check-in system - so if you're not technically inclined, don't bother risking that - as NO ONE will assist you physically except for a contact on WhatsApp (who might even be a chatbot, for all we know) - and you can tell that the WhatsApp contact you're talking to has limited English fluency too. We got through (eventually) but my wife likened the entire set-up like an Escape Room. Another thing - seems like other guests are smokers, as we had to spray the room due to the smell of smoke. OVERALL: what the heck, I'm used to the place and set-up process, love the bidet and easy access to the Taipei main station, so I'd stay again. But if your're into having a human in front of you to check-in and out of the place - you might want to rethink about booking here.
