The receptionists are very rude. During check in, she sounds very grumpy and mannerless. No "please", "thank you" or even a smile on her face. And the rooms were dirty especially the floormat with dirt. On the second day, the room was not cleaned and the rubbish was not thrown although we requested. After talking to the receptionist, no apologies were given, saying that the cleaning staff have off from work. Pass us new plastic bags and asked us to put the rubbish outside the room. However, the rubbish were still outside our door. The staff's attitude were TERRIBLE.

The room was extremely dusty and no bottled water was provided. What was worst was that there were 3 cockroaches in the room! I am sure there are more behind the cupboard.
