The previous time stayed in Taipei the room had no window. This was the complete opposite. Lots of light and decent sized room. The place is a combination of hostel accommodation and private rooms. Room was clean and quiet and in a decent location. Not a traditional hotel as it’s on the top of an office building but for my price range I was happy.

No staff onsite after 10 or 11 pm and before 10 or 11 am. Even using app as the main contact tool, no response until 30 minutes later . The next room had a girl screaming loud and shouting. The tenants from three rooms all came out expressing it was a very scary theme hearing a young girl screaming like hell. One tenant contacted staff via line but not read after 30 not. The tenants called police and the police did come quick but was unable to enter the property without the help of tenants. The police’s could not get into the room at all to make sure the girl was ok since no one has the access to the room No staff onsite to help and leaving the tenants in a very panic and unsafe theme. If you want to safe $ not to hire onsite staff 24/7, make sure you respond quick not like 30 minutes or more after. Tenants safety is the top priority. In addition, the sound proof is a joke at this facility. I will not come back at all !!
