    On the day of checkout, my wife was unwell and we requested for a short extension of about 20-30 mins. The staff just kept repeating that we have to pay 300ntd for every hour without listening to our reason for requesting the extension. Throughout the stay, the front desk staff are generally not that friendly. Whenever you enter or exit the hotel they just continue sitting behind the desk as well. Location is still decent and housekeeping lady is very nice

    Unfortunately, one stay at this hotel was enough for me. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and unreliable throughout my stay, which was quite frustrating. In addition, the pillows were far too soft and did not provide adequate support. As a result, I experienced neck discomfort for several days. I hope the hotel will consider improving the Wi-Fi service and offering firmer pillow options to enhance guest comfort and overall satisfaction.
