HINOEN Hotel

Cleanliness is very important to me and when I entered the room, it was clean especially the bathroom. I think it’s been renovated recently. I also liked the size of the room. It was spacious for 2 people to move around including space for 2 luggages without bumping into each other. I couldn’t find the right exit when we arrived on the airport train so walked a long way before reaching hotel but after asking hotel staff, it is actually very close to Taipei Main Station. Staff was friendly and accommodated my request for higher floor. 24 hour reception is handy too. I didn’t use basement lounge area but it is a good place to chill and relax with coffee machine (photo attached). Wished there’s free snacks like other hotels provide.

Z10 is closest exit to station but it doesn’t have lift or escalator so makes it challenging with luggages. You have to make sure you know the exact exit from airport train line.

HINOEN Hotel stands out as an exceptional choice for travelers seeking both convenience and comfort in Taipei. Its location is unbeatable, situated just steps from Taipei Main Station Exit Z10. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the surrounding area feels remarkably safe and isn't overly crowded or noisy, offering a pleasant and relaxing environment to return to after a day of exploring. Inside, the hotel features exceptionally cozy rooms designed to make guests feel right at home. The inclusion of an on-site laundry service is a major perk, taking the stress out of managing clothes and making the hotel particularly well-suited for extended stays. Compounding the great facilities is the stellar hospitality—the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

Location, bidet, cleanliness

Noisy, no filtered water, only 2 coffee pods for 2 people

We booked the executive room hoping to have a good night’s sleep before our long flights, end up didn’t sleep well at all and feeling super tired during our flights. The bed was not comfortable at all. Material felt cheap. Worst thing is when one person moves it moves the whole bed and wake the other person up. I’m upset about paying a lot of money for a bad night’s sleep.
