HINOEN Hotel

Very convenient location, less then 10 minutes' walk to the Taipei Main Station, so we can take the express train to the internation airport, super easy, convenient and money saving The room is comfortable for a short stay. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are many eateries, restaurants and Seven-Eleven groceries nearby the hotel. Every staff we encounter is polite and friendly.... the people here is one main reason we love Taiwan and keep coming back. We also find the room rate is reasonable with good value. Definitely we will choose the hotel again when we return.

Bathroom towels are a bit old, need improvement, which will be much better.

The room is comfortable and spotlessly clean . The hotel itself is so practical - free washing facilities for clothes, downstairs lounge for your own meals with free fresh coffee. You can leave luggage if you need to and there is even a weighing machine to ensure you are not over you luggage allowance for flight home. The staff were very helpful- spoke good English and it is a great location near to the main train station - 228 Peace Park and Ximending.

We booked the executive room hoping to have a good night’s sleep before our long flights, end up didn’t sleep well at all and feeling super tired during our flights. The bed was not comfortable at all. Material felt cheap. Worst thing is when one person moves it moves the whole bed and wake the other person up. I’m upset about paying a lot of money for a bad night’s sleep.
