    Had a great experience last year March. But this year July, the experience isn't quite as pleasant. The AC isnt working as it should be, it wasnt even cool, the staff had to bring in a standing fan to make things better. Their cleaners were of better quality last year, this year, the front desk on duty, insistence that we leave the room before the house keeper will make our room. Worse off is, after we left the room for abt 20 mins just to return to find out that only towels were replaced, bedsheets etc were all only tidied up but wasn't replaced at all. This sort of none replacement actually lasted a couple of days starting from a few days prior to the front desk making us leave the room. The house keeper only came back to replaced all soiled bedsheets after we flag it to the front desk. (We had a 2 weeks ling stay). But overall the front desk staffs are friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Hope this year's less than pleasant experience is a once off. Will still give this otherwise pleasant hotel another chance if i come back to visit Taipei again.

    Good location. Nice staff and helpful staff. However, shower room needs a longer curtain. Air conditioning is weak.

    Used to stay at ximending area during our previous Taiwan trip. Will prefer to stay ximending area next time. Beside the location, overall is good
