Just Live Hostel

First and foremost, I am very tired from my trip—but that makes it even more meaningful that I’m taking the time to write this review. Just Inn Hostel is so well deserving that I couldn’t leave Taiwan without sharing my experience. If I return to Taipei, I would, without hesitation, stay at Just Inn Hostel again. I don’t feel the need to try any other hostel—this place has set the standard for me. ✨ Cleanliness Above all, it is impressively clean. Every morning, staff diligently tidy the slippers, rooms, common areas, and even the refrigerators. As for the toilets, considering the number of guests, they can sometimes look a little used — but never once did I see them in a disgustingly dirty state. They were always kept decent and well-maintained, which is rare for hostels. 🏡 Homey Atmosphere It genuinely feels like home. Even when I stayed elsewhere in Taichung, the comfort of Just Inn lingered in my mind. They pay close attention to guests’ needs: upon arrival, you’re given slippers and a shoe storage space. There’s a grooming station with three mirrors per seat, makeup remover, cotton buds, hair ties, and—most importantly—a hair dryer. The living area has a soft sofa, and across from it is a dining space equipped with refrigerators, tableware, and a water dispenser so you can store food and enjoy meals comfortably. 🛏️ Rooms At first, I worried about bed bugs, but during my nine-day stay I never felt itchy, even with sensitive skin. The two pillows were of good quality—I didn’t suffer the stiff neck I often get at other hotels. The bed itself could be softer, but it was still comfortable enough to avoid back pain. It’s not a major flaw, just an area for improvement. 📍 Location The location is unbeatable. It’s right near Taipei Main Station, with a McDonald’s, Uniqlo, NET, 7‑Eleven, FamilyMart, and countless food stalls just steps away. In other words, everything you need is accessible within minutes. 🤝 Staff Finally, the staff deserve special mention. They are genuinely accommodating and never make you feel like a burden. Despite the language barrier, their care shines through. Their kindness and attentiveness elevate the entire experience. I sincerely hope their service never changes, because it is truly exceptional for a hostel. PS. The hostel itself is quiet, but of course since you are booking a shared room, you should take into consideration that people will do things as they please. Thankfully, my roommates were considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Highly recommended for solo travelers. Can't say any negative feedback. Just live hostel will meet your expectations from the place to the staff. Amenities and most of all, cleanliness is maintained. Miss this place. I met a lovely lady named Susan who went over and beyond as a new friend. Thanks to all the staff who are always ready to help. Keep up the good work.

The staff was very friendly. The room and bed were clean. The bathroom was clean. The cosmetics were prepared as well.
