    Self service hotel, but staff is happy to help if you have any question. Reception closes 9pm, and opens 9am, and required to tap room card to enter hotel after 12 midnight (somehow not working, thus needed friend to come and open the door). The location is about 5 mins walk from Taipei Train Station, and less than 10 minutes walk to Ximending. Room is spacious, daily change of towels and throwing rubbish if inform before 5pm, and cleaning (including changing of bed sheets etc) is every 3 days. Overall, pleasant stay.

    Pros: * Convenient self check-in * Got upgraded to a bigger room upon check-in * Excellent location, very close to Taipei Main Station, Ximending, and other public transportation * Very central, with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby * FamilyMart right in front * Spacious room by Taipei Main Station standards * Huge and comfortable bed * Premium-smelling shampoo, body wash, and hand wash * Spacious bathroom with Japanese toilet, bidet, and heated seat * Refrigerator and complete amenities * Free water and coffee in the lobby * Coin laundry available Cons: * Lobby and overall vibe are quite dark * Window has no view, only the backs of other buildings * Plumbing noise from other rooms can be quite loud, especially during the wee hours * Room can feel a little humid * Cleanliness could be improved; some mold in the bathroom and dusty furniture Overall: Great location, spacious and comfortable room, and excellent amenities. Would stay again, especially for the convenience and accessibility.

    Close proximity to metro. Hotel is clean and comfortable. My usual stay, if i am in Taiwan. A defineyely recommended stay.

    Stayed 4 nights. No room cleaning and no free water bottles for 3 nights. Very low C/P, won't come back for sure. The only good thing is front desk staff is friendly.
