Great brightly lit spacious room, conveniently located right opposite Taipei train station. Right beside Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Station Store 新光三越 台北站前店. Room we are assigned have big windows placing the outer perimeter of the building, thus sun light is able to come in, making it very well lit. Taipei 101 can be seen from a distance at night. All basic amenities are provided including a washing machine and microwave; no disposable toothbrush etc thought. It's located within a commercial building with mix tenancy, so check in and out is self service. The building might look old but the room is newly done up.

Urban abode apartment is a great stay right next to Taipei main station. It’s hardly 10 seconds from the MRT station. The view is insane. Top notch h facilities. Loved it

Great location, across the street from the transit station. The neighborhood felt safe and has tons of food options.
    5.6 / 10·Jun 2026
Positive - Location was convenient from Taipei Main Stn but note underground mall at this section are like retro shops in an old market. Room was spacious. Staff was responsive. Negative - Blanket did not look clean. Stayed less than 15hrs and chanced upon 2 small cockroaches. "Premium wifi" included in rate but wrong password provided so could not access. Staff responding merely tried to guide with trouble-shooting, which we already performed prior to feedback, but did not offer resolution nor alternative access. Felt shortchanged as we paid a higher rate for the night.
