Cosy stay - ideal for a few days in Arona
Location is great, two minutes from the lake. Plenty of public parking spots in front. Flat is very well organized, cosy and clean. Tea and coffee are available, with extra drinks in the fridge. Excellent audio system and two TVs. Warm and well isolated, no noises despite being next to the station. Plenty of room for luggage, even a washing machine. Easy to find and to check in. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Not much kitchen equipment available (other than cups, plates and some cutlery); it didn't matter to us, but something to keep in mind if you plan to cook. Only very basic bathroom toiletries available.

Pulito ma soppalco non a norma
Appartamento ben arredato e moderno. Pulito e con kit caffè e doccia molto apprezzato.
Soppalco del letto veramente pericoloso! Non ci si sta in piedi e scendere le scale che non hanno alcun tipo di protezione (soprattutto di notte) è molto pericoloso! Sconsigliato per chi ha difficoltà motorie e bimbi piccoli

BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO
Appartamento molto pulito e ben attrezzato, con diversi comfort tecnologici. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile vicino all'appartamento, mentre in centro città è a pagamento. La posizione è comoda: a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal lago, oppure 4 minuti in auto. Assistenza rapida e cordiale tramite cellulare. Lo consiglierei assolutamente per soggiorni di 2-3 giorni.

appartamento molto pulito ristrutturato di recente molto curato.
il letto soppalcato bello ma molto pericoloso senza ringhiere e con un passaggio laterale strettissimo. Nella cucina non ho trovato nessuna pentola neanche un pentolino.

La struttura è in una posizione vantaggiosa situata a pochi minuti di cammino dal centro, dalla stazione e dalle principali attrazioni dell'area. L'ambiente è ben illuminato e accogliente e la pulizia della camera è impeccabile.
