Spacious flat, with all amenities needed. Large kitchen, an additional bedroom with two beds Ideal for a family stay with kids. Lovely bathroom with washing machine available to use. Private parking which is useful. Air con in the kitchen. Owner was friendly and helpful.
The property has two set of open-riser (floating) stairs with wide gaps between the steps you need to go through in order to get to the actic (the flat). They look stylish, but if you suffer from vertigo (like me) or are uncomfortable with heights, you may find them challenging, especially if you have a suitcase to carry all the way to/from there. No air con in the bedroom, but the air con from the kitchen, mixed with the fan, did the job.

Le lieu est très calme, tout en étant à proximité du lac, très bon accueil, très bien aménagé et très propre. Un vrai plaisir.
Rien à redire , à considérer juste 3 étages à monter avec les valises. Mais ça en vaut la peine

Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz am Haus.
Zuwegung zu Haus und Parkplatz bei Regen nass und schlammig.(große Pfützen). Im gesamten Haus und in der Wohnung ein muffiger Geruch. Treppe zur Wohnung unbequem, wenn man viel Gepäck hat. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung . Wegen der zum Teil sehr niedrigen Türstürze muss man den Kopf einziehen.
