Localisation super. À 5 minutes du centre ville d’Arona, très bien pour rayonner vers le lac majeur, le lac de Côme et la lac d’Orta. Climatisation dans 2/3 chambres, nécessaire en cette saison.

Die Wohnung war groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen waren bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad eine richtig gute Sache. Der Kühlschrank war riesig und mit Gefrierfach.

Die Küche war bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber gemacht.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by greenery. Complete comfort for a group of 5 people. Large space, convenient kitchen, cleanliness, 2 bathrooms and amazing view. Great sleep. The owner is attentive and kind.

We had an unpleasant surprise at the beginning of our stay. It seems there was a mistake and we didn't get the lockbox code. But everything was resolved :)

It was an amazing view! Easy to check in. The apartment had everything we needed.

The booking site did not tell us, we needed to ask for aircon being turned on by request. So we had to wait two days without. And when it finally was turned on, only one of the four aircons where working. The place is a bit dirty, the sofa in the living room was moldy. The mosquito net at the doors was broken, and the balconies were sticky and paint was coming off. There were no supplies for cleaning, so we bought a lot ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking water from the condenser when it was to hot.
