Beautiful and well-maintained apartment right in the heart of Arona, with wonderful hosts.

Excellent spot, only a few steps from Arona's central plaza. All the basic amenities included, plus the addition of an optional parking garage.

There are some loud concerts and events in the plaza that will go late into the night. Otherwise, the apartment itself is perfect.

Arona 😍😍😍

Beautiful and charming place in a peaceful classic and authentic old town, two minutes walk to the lake side amazing view and nice restaurants. The owner is very kind, very helpful about what around. Very Fast to respond to any questions or demande. (And easy to communicate in French and English) The appartement is beautiful and spacious very high seeling, very clean with all you need to feel home and comfortable. Very cheap price for the quality. Personally a perfect stay. Wish all the booking appartement was the same. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Carla is one of the most kind persons that we have ever met. We got delayed by 4 hours arriving as the taxis went on strike and we we had to find another way to get to Arona. She was kind and waited for us to arrive. Love the location as well,

One of our best appartments during our long travels across Europe.

Clara's flat is neat, cosy, a perfect stay even for a long peropd too. As it is at the ground floor, it is cool in the hot weather. The cca. 50 sq m is enough for a couple or a family. The maintenance of the entire flat is first class. Every machine worked well, the wifi was quick. The bedroom is really comfortable. Clara is also very kind. She told us very informative things to do.

There wasn't any. Everything was perfect. A little proposal: there would be nice some stand lamps in the flat, near the sofa or the table; another thing: an armchair would be useful.

Perfect place for a visit to Arona. Quiet location yet close to everything. Easy walk to the train station and lake ferries. Great to have a washing machine, and kitchen facilities.

Estancia en Arona

La ubicación es buenísima, muy cerca del ambiente local, bares, restaurantes, tiendas y el lago. Que sea planta baja, cuando vas con perritos, es mucho mejor. La limpieza y la cocina equipada.

Las basuras frente a la casa, especialmente con el calor, desprenden un mal olor, y el ruido del camión de la basura por la mañana resulta molesto. Además, la ducha es demasiado pequeña y al apartamento quizás le falte un poco de confort.

Très bien et idéalement placé

La gentillesse de la propriétaire qui est très à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour rendre un service. La localisation à deux pas du lac et idéalement placé dans le centre historique La literie très confortable. Cuisine très pratique et très bien équipée . Climatisation.

L’appartement est un peu sombre et les meubles anciens sont aussi très imposants et sombres.

La disponibilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità dell'host: Carla è stata super efficiente, la comunicazione con lei è stata ottima. La possibilità (a pagamento) di parcheggio (garage), in centro storico: Carla si è occupata di registrare l'auto per permetterci l'ngresso in ZTL e ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni per entrare dal giusto varco e arrivate all'appartamento comodamente. La posizione ottima dell'alloggio, vicinissimo a lungo lago, spiaggia di Arona, imbarco Navigazione-Laghi, Ristoranti e Bar. Alloggio fantastico: pulito, attrezzato (per chi necessita di usare la cucina, trova tutto quello di cui necessita, compresa tovaglia e canovaccio, una rarità negli alloggi ad uso turistico) e funzionale, con letti comodi. Apprezzatissimo il benvenuto con acqua e le due capsule per farsi un buon espresso.
