Nice apartment but very poor service

The apartment is very nice and in a wonderful location. It’s bright, spacious, and very warm. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient for travelers arriving by train, by water, or by car. It’s very close to the train station and the port, and there is a parking area nearby. Carrefour is just around the corner, and there are several nice cafés and pizzerias in the area.

I have no complaints about the property itself. The problem we had was with the communication. On the day of our arrival, I received instructions and a code to access the apartment, BUT NO ONE INFORMED US THAT THERE SHOULD BE KEYS INSIDE THE APARTMENT! We arrived around 7:30 PM, checked in, and went out for dinner. When we returned, we realized we couldn’t get back into the building! From 10:40 PM to 11:43 PM we had useless communication over WhatsApp, and eventually someone came to let us in. He entered the apartment before us and confirmed that there were no keys anywhere! For an hour they kept explaining that: 1. We didn’t find the keys, 2. The cleaning company didn’t leave them, or even 3. Booking didn’t send the message to us!!! 4. The previous guests didn’t return them! I don’t know where the mistake was, but we spent an hour outside in 4°C without jackets. It was very unpleasant. After that, our stay was nice, and of course, I sent the host a photo showing that we left the keys in the apartment.

The location, thé appartement is located well to reach thé center, thé train station, etc.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was mold in the shower and visible stains. The sofa bed cover had large blood stains, which was very unpleasant and quite shocking. The apartment was also extremely cold (min 17.9 and max 18.1°C), and despite asking for help, we didn’t receive clear instructions on how to use the heating. We ended up catching a cold and were sick for the rest of our holiday. The place is also quite dark and lacks natural light. Overall, the apartment needs much better cleaning and maintenance before being rented out again.

Nice vacation on the Lago Maggiore

Good location as a base for trips around Lake Maggiore. Within walking distance of the Arona train station and the pier for ships. Also Arona old town. Nice apartment with big rooms. Simple check-in when you receive the code from the door through whatsapp.

Maybe only one thing. For mobile air conditioner, you need to open the window and place the exhaust pipe outside. In this case, hot air from outside enters the room. It would be nice to connect the pipe to a vent in the wall, this can greatly improve cooling.

Superb

Surprisingly spacious apartment which is decorated with a taste. Nice location 150 m from the lake. Bakery shop nearby so you can get freshly baked croissants for breakfast. Owner shared detailed instructions which were clear and helpful in finding the apartment and getting in.

Parking place was very difficult to find even if owner provided tips where to park. It was a bit hot in the apartment even if we tried to adjust air conditioning.

Ottima posizione, centrale e vicino ai servizi. Parcheggio non a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Poca attenzione verso il cliente, non era presente un rotolo di carta igienica in più, non c'era una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè. Pulizia del copridivano e del copri piumino insufficiente. Mobile del bagno rotto e rubinetto lavandino precario. Molti spifferi dalle finestre a cui mancano i profili di rifinitura. Mancano inoltre alcune stoviglie essenziali. Non mi è piaciuta inoltre la richiesta di una votazione da 10, nonostante alcuni problemi elencati da me siano già stati evidenziati in precedenti recensioni.

Nel complesso la metratura dell'appartamento e la posizione rispetto al centro

La pulizia generale: Muri sporchi e rovinati, briciole a terra e sulle sedie, polvere in più punti della casa. Bagno con muffa e muro scrostato, sporcizia accantonata dietro i sanitari, vetri sporchi e asciugamani macchiati. Mancanza totale di cura dei dettagli: in frigorifero nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, non una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè. Traspare davvero nessuna volontà di far sentire a suo agio l'ospite. Tutto questo tralasciando il fatto che il primo accesso all'appartamento avviene da remoto tramite citofono, il quale non ha mai funzionato. Se non fosse entrata una signora del condominio probabilmente avremmo atteso chissà quanto tempo. Nonostante questo non ci e' stato nemmeno concesso di rimanere oltre l'orario del check out, che e' stato tassativo alle ore10. Non ancora lasciato l'appartamento mi veniva richiesta una valutazione da 10, che viste le condizioni dell'appartamento direi improponibile.

Il lavandino è pericoloso,si sta staccando dagli ancoraggi, la culla chiesta in prenotazione non vi era, il secondo letto era senza lenzuola solo copri materasso e piumino, la struttura non è correttamente pulita e non è adatta per famiglie.

Da migliorare ma il potenziale c’è.

La posizione era buona, vicina al centro e servizi. Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Il bagno sopratutto la doccia piena di calcare e muffa il lavabo è precario e fa quasi paura ad usarlo. L’antibagno era disordinato. Nella cucina c’era un utensile sporco. I cuscini erano scomodi e i secondi cucini non avevano la federa pulita. Non c’è aria condizionata.

Tres bon emplacement, logement grand et très propre. Excellente communication du propriétaire afin de récupérer les moyens d'accès. Aucunes nuisances, même en centre ville. la cité d'Arona est magnifique

Capodanno tranquillo

Appartamento è moderno e dotato di tutti i confort, l’appartamento rispecchia quello che si vede in foto. Dotato di self check-in quindi anche se si arriva tardi non ci sono problemi. La casa posizione è ottima, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal lungo lago di Arona. Nelle vicinanze si trovano i negozi di prima necessità, come un Carrefour Express. Host è molto carino e disponibile.

Le cose che non ci sono piaciute, la casa è dotata di una stufa elettrica a basso recupero che non permette di fare la doccia piacevole. Prima che la stufa si riempia di nuova ci vuole un bel po’ di tempo. Potrebbero lasciare in dotazione della casa, dei sacchi per la spazzatura.
