Great location. Lovely flat. Good value. Only minor issues.

A really lovely flat, ground floor, 2 steps up into the building. Nice aspect, & generally quiet. Bedroom mattress was comfy. The sofa was especially comfy, & extremely easy to pull out into a sofabed - I found it even easy using only 1 not particularly strong hand. Sheet already in place. Lovely colours everywhere (I love yellow for the furnishings) & we appreciated the wifi although the signal was sometimes slow. The temperature inside was fine for early September - I didn't recognise any air-conditioning but other reviewers have mentioned. I thought it needed it in the bathroom, as it did get steamy, & we squeegie'd the shower walls down each time anyway, as we would do at home, but it did get v. humid. The shower itself was excellent, temperature & power, & so easy to control. The soft towels & suitable thickness of the duvets were great, + we appreciated the presence of soap in the bathroom & kitchen, & washing up liquid & sponge. The kettle was v. efficient. We didn't use the cooking equipment except the microwave once - a cover would have been beneficial so we used another plate (a bit tricky) - but it all seemed fine. Close to walk up to the Rock Borromea, & not too far to walk from the station (15 mins) & down to the lake & restsurants (10 mins)

Minor issues but they added up, hence 8/10. The coffee machine was full of used pods - I've experienced these at work so I knew why it seemed stuck. Duly separating out the rubbish; as requested, was futile. We met a maintenance man on our last morning who told us that the bags from the flat were wrong - the municipal offices provide suitable ones but we had no time to go there before check-out. There was only ½ a toilet roll in the bathroom & no spares. A locked cupboard probably held some. A Co-op & Lidl were 20 mins walk away, so approx an hour's round trip. No suitable open shops in the centre. We would have expected to find a new roll on the holder, & found spares as we were staying 6 nights. There was no tea-towel or kitchen roll. We used a spare bath towel from the wardrobe. The curtain rail in the bathroom sticks out quite far so the curtain drops in front of the radiator but unnecessarily far as it doesn't cover the view from & of the toilet, so you have to hold it in place or lower the shutter for privacy (from people, mainly in the flats opposite, potentially seeing in). The sheet on the sofabed seemed used & not replaced. We left the sofabed as a sofa & as we found it with the sheet in place, so it's likely previous guests did too, & the cleaners forgot to change it. The pillows were old & washed too many times - v. soft & lumpy, no support, & ones head sinks right through. The mattress on the sofabed was rather thin. The child foam mattress, from the wardrobe, helped from my 2nd night, but it was clearly too small & I did slip off & woke up uncomfortable. I didn't engage the sofabed on my last might & slept better in the smaller space. From 08.30 each weekday morning, drilling noise & vibrations penetrated into the building from works directly beside & below the flat's kitchen window & woke us up 2 hours earlier than desirable, after late nights out.

Location was excellent. Spacious rooms. Nicely kept.

Stayed for 16 nights, there was no change in bed sheets or cleaning during that time. Remote control for TV was missing. Parking was difficult to find nearby the property.

Große Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern

-Große Wohnung, viel Platz -Nette ältere Bewohner im Haus -Guter Herd und Cerankochfeld -Gute Dusche und renovierte Wohnung -Gute Klimaanlage -Recht zentral gelegen zur Altstadt -unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Safe -Gratis Kaffee in der Küche -Küche ordentlich ausgestattet (Roter Türdrücker an der Haustüre öffnet die Türe ohne Schlüssel.)

-Fenster einfach verglast und Rahmen uralt, man hört quasi alles was auf der Straße vor sich geht und wenn ein Motorrad nachts vorbei fährt steht man senkrecht im Bett. -Fußballplatz gegenüber auch nicht optimal für die Lautstärke -Parkplatzsuche mittlere Katastrophe. Am Wochenende quasi ausgeschlossen im Umkreis etwas zu finden. Unter der Woche wird immer wieder etwas frei, aber das ist mitunter nervenaufreibend. (Aggressiver Schäferhund 3 Gebäude die Straße runter, sehr schön wenn man daran vorbei muss) -Wohnung war nur Partiell sauber. Beim ersten Duschen wurde festgestellt das das Wasser nicht abläuft. Mittels eines vorhandenen Gummi Handschuhs wurde ein Faustgroßes Haarbüschel aus dem Ablauf gezogen, da die "Endreinigung" enthalten ist und bares Geld kostet eigentlich ein Unding. Dazu war die Schublade in der Küche voller Krümel vom Vorgänger. Fugen im Bad teilweise gelb, Seifenreste in der Dusche. Alles in allem keine Katastrophe, aber bei 100 Euro am Tag erwartet man eigentlich eine saubere Wohnung.

Tranquillo e comodo

L'appartamento era in un location perfetto. Pochi minuti dal lago. Era anche un posto tranquillo, abbiamo solo sentito i vicini di casa che entravano e uscivano dalla loro casa. la casa anche sembrava nuova e pulita.

l'unica cosa che ci ha dispiaciuto era che abbiamo trovato lo scarico della doccia piena dei capelli e altre cose. Quindi la doccia non scaricava bene. l'abbiamo segnalato questa cosa ai proprietari e ci hanno ringraziati. Ci dispiace dirlo perché tutto il resto era perfetto
