EXCELLENT STAY IN ARONA

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT IN THIS ROOM. THE HOSTESS ALWAYS EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THE ROOM, ABOUT THE AREA, WHERE I CAN GO TO EAT. ALSO THE HOUSE WAS VERY LARGE AND EVERYTHING INSIDE WAS VERY GOOD, IT HAD HOT WATER AND WAS ON A QUIET STREET. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN.

Location is very central, close to everything You need. Apartment is really big, very clean, there was everything I needed...even a SPA zone in the bathroom;) Simone was very helpful hostess. Train station is very close.

For those who are coming with cars, weekends are not the best days because it is very difficult to find parking.

Spacious and nicely furnished flat

The flat is really big. Besides the two bedrooms has a large living room with a super comfy couch. Simona is super friendly and a very good host.

Non uso mai dare 10 in una recensione perché è particolarmente difficile essere perfetto in tutto ma qui merita davvero. Molto vicino al centro, prezzo nella media, molto spazioso e con tutto l'occorrente. Davvero complimenti

Un perfetto soggiorno all' appartamento La Ninfea ❤️

Appartamento molto spazioso, con due bei terrazzini, con tutte le comodità: dalla lavastoviglie, lavatrice all microonde. Lenzuola ed asciugamani forniti dalla struttura. Un bel bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia insieme. Posizione dell' appartamento a 5 minuti dal lungolago e centro con negozi e infiniti ristoranti. 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il lago balneabile, Presente il lido attrezzato di ombrelloni, lettini, bar , docce e bagni. Acqua del lago,molto pulita al mattino un po' meno nel pomeriggio. L'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale, ma anche molto silenziosa, e sotto casa ci sono numerosi negozi: bar, due minimarket, una fantastica panetteria con pane e focacce buonissime, pasticceria dove servono colazioni gustosissime. C'è un fornitissimo negozio per la cura della persona, detersivi ecc. Due kebab e un fantastico pub dove mangiare panini buonissimi e bere ottime birre. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento perfettamente in ordine e pulito. Se proprio devo trovare un "difetto" ... abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo nella seconda settimana, dove le temperature hanno sfiorato i 40 gradi. La notte era impossibile dormire per il caldo, nonostante avessimo a disposizione due ventilatori; ma purtroppo i ventilatori non rinfrescano ma sollevano solo aria calda. Diciamo che se ci fosse stato il climatizzatore, sarebbe stato il top! Dimenticavo: letti molto comodi, addirittura con il Topper.. è la prima volta che lo trovo nelle case in affitto. Anche i cuscini comodissimi e soprattutto numerosi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato, visto che siamo abituate a dormire con almeno due cuscini a testa.

Tutto perfetto, ma se ci fosse il climatizzatore sarebbe il top del top di un appartamento stupendo. Abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo 😅

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig bemessen, für alles ist genügend Platz, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Vom 4. Stock und 2 Balkonen hat man einen schönen Weitblick. Die Lage ist zentral zum See und zur schönen Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Der große kostenlose Parkplatz ist gut erreichbar.

Tutto. Alloggio situato praticamente al centro, con tutti i confort possibili. Ci ritornerei sicuramente e allo stesso modo lo consiglierei a chi fosse interessato a quella località.
