Good location for a family vacation with beach activities.

For us, the location was good as we were seeking for short access to the beach. Also the grocery store is near. The old town is further away, maybe 20 mins by walking. It was easy to find a parking slot for the car on the street, even if it is a busy road. There was no noice coming from the street at night. The kitchen facilities were good, although the cookingware was quite limited.

There is no air conditioning, except for a fan. During hot Summer weeks, it gets hot in the apartment and it is hard to cool it down even at night. A bit tidier apartment would have been more welcoming. Otherwise everything was ok.

Really noisy boiler next to the bedroom. If you have a shower in the evening you will listen to his noise half of night. Close the bedroom door help a little. Also at some point water starts dripping from it into the bucket under the boiler. Problem with the ventilation in the bathroom, you need to open the window after the shower.

We expected more...

The apartment is located in a good area, walking distance to Lidl. Free parking can be available on street, if you're lucky. The property is secure, there are locks on the court gate and building gate. Neighbors are friendly. You can adjust the temperature to the central heating to suit your needs.

The bed has a cheap mattress that is not comfortable. The sofa in the living room was broken, and you cannot sit comfortably on it. The bathroom had large mold on ceiling, and it smelled bad. The kettle was faulty and when used it caused the main fuse to trip and we were left in the dark. The owner did not respond to phone calls for help. A friendly neighbor helped us to fix it. The kitchen lacks some necessary pots. If you wish to prepare a soup for two, you are out of luck. The 'Netflix' advertising is incorrect. There is a Smart TV that can do Netflix if you have an account.

Molto male, potenziale gioiello mal gestito e trascurato.

Buona posizione e potenzialmente è un gioiellino, ma tenuta così no, anche no. Riassunto: Alloggio sporco e trascurato: letto con peli e capelli, divano sfondato e pericoloso, doccia con muffa, un armadio su due sfondato, cucina e pentole idem. non basta lo spazio per descrivere tutto.

Arrivo: nessun contatto diretto con gli host, messaggi, cassaforte, chiavi e via. Entriamo, poggiamo le cose in camera, e subito il “benvenuto”:nel comò peli/capelli e polvere. Non lo usiamo. Due armadi: uno ok, con mensole, coperte e cuscini. L’altro con mensola rotta all'interno, pedana sfondata, un quadro rotto dentro e persino asciugamani usati che ci hanno dato una sensazione di ribrezzo. Non usiamo gli armadi e ci cambiamo dalle valigie. Sul letto due set di asciugamani alcuni dei quali erano sporchi e abbiamo dovuto scegliere quelli da poter utilizzare. I comodini del letto: due mensole con abat-joures(visibili in foto da booking) una rotta e inclinata in avanti. Chiunque ha rifatto il letto non poteva non notarla. Impossibile poggiarci qualcosa sopra. Apriamo il letto: peli e capelli nelle lenzuola. Qui quello che fino a quel momento avevamo preso come una disavventura "comica" comincia a farsi serio e soprattutto disgustoso. Compriamo delle lenzuola nuove e mettiamo quelle chiaramente usate nell'armadio assieme agli asciugamani usati. Togliendo le lenzuola fornite, sul coprimaterasso troviamo ancora più sporcizia con tanti capelli, peli e sporco. Anche tra i materassi e la struttura del letto notiamo uno strato di sporcizia. Sala: il divano sfondato, rotto nella parte frontale sotto le sedute e sporgente in avanti con delle parti metalliche a vista e sporgenti. Inutile dire che con una bimba piccola è stata un’ansia continua a dirgli che non doveva giocare vicino al divano. Scrivo il prima possibile alla co-host: segnalo letto, armadio, divano e mensola rotta. Risposta: “avviso il capo”. Il “capo” ovviamente mai pervenuto. Pensavamo fosse finita, e invece no... Bagno: copri water rotto uno dei due cardini. Doccia: Impraticabile: incrostazioni e muffa alla base del box con 4 antine, 2 fisse e 2 mobili in basso. Acqua sporca stagnante attorno allo scarico.

Buon punto d'appoggio per visitare il lago Maggiore

il punto di forza IMO è sicuramente la posizione (comodo alle principali strade, alle attrazioni del basso lago Maggiore e ai supermercati); positiva la dotazione (sapone in cucina e in bagno, molti asciugamani, biancheria da letto) ma migliorabile (avrei aggiunto altri strofinacci in cucina). Molto fresco l'appartamento - complice anche purtroppo il brutto tempo. Comodo il letto matrimoniale, molto silenziosa la camera che dà sul retro. Bagno vecchiotto ma pulito e con tutto quello che serve. Spazi ampi e ben organizzati.

mancavano alcune dotazioni in cucina (tagliere, tovagliette, una ciotola da insalata un pò più grande...), divano letto non molto comodo da aperto, rumoroso il salotto in quanto dà sulla strada principale
