Nice host but won’t be back. The location was not what we were expecting.

The main picture advertised for the room and the name suggests that the room is by the lake. It is not. I was expecting our balcony to over look the lake from the pictures and was disappointed when we realised we were located down a side track with the lake no where in sight. It didn’t feel overly safe walking around at night unfortunately and next time would just stay closer to the airport. The host was nice and used google translate well and the room clean.

Good value and great if you're on a budget

Anna Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was close to local shops and bars. Traffic noise was not an issue.

There is no view of Lake Maggiore as the apartment is set back off a busy road. It's about a 10 minute walk to reach the lake.

The host was very attentive and helpful. My flight was 6 hours delayed which meant I arrived at the at an impolite 2200,

What a great stay in a roomy apartment! I had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Lots of nice little touches in the apartment which made it homey and it was spotless. Extremely quiet too.

I would give this property full stars except for the location, which is a 10 minute walk from the cafes and tourist waterfront, a walk which I really didn’t mind. A Lidl supermarket is only 300m down the road which I found handy.

Literie moyenne. Il y a un chien dans la cour des propriétaires, mais on ne l'entend pas

Come a casa, a 2 passi dal centro

Appartamento molto ospitale, luminoso, pulito, fresco (nonostante le alte temperature esterne, non c’è l’aria condizionata, ma non sembra proprio), ben accessoriato. Stanze spaziose e arredate con il necessario per muoversi come a casa propria. Spazio auto riservato limitrofo alla casa. Posizione in via Milano, a pochi metri dal supermercato e a 3 minuti in auto dai parcheggi zona stazione ferroviaria/lungolago. La signora Anna Maria è un host molto accogliente e disponibile: dal supporto a fornire qualsiasi chiarimento prima del viaggio, alle dritte per godere al meglio della vacanza.

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft und gute Lage

- Sehr herzlicher Empfang - Lage war für uns auch perfekt (wir kannten uns schon in Arona aus, waren aber diesmal nur für eine Nacht da als Zwischenstopp) - sicherer Parkplatz im Hinterhof - sehr gute Ausstattung / alles was man braucht - Preis/Leistung stimmt

Apartamento que disponía de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además estaba suuuuuper limpio. La propietaria de la casa te facilita todo cuanto necesitas. Aparcamiento, recomendaciones de donde ir o comer... La cama de matrimonio (que es la que usamos) suuuuuper cómoda. Enhorabuena, para repetir 100%

Localisation par rapport aux visites autour de lac majeur, et taille de la location, spacieuse.

Pas directement au bord du lac. Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Pulizia e ordine notevoli, accoglienza perfetta e veloce, posizione privilegiata, stanze calde e confortevoli (fuori c'erano zero gradi): bella esperienza.
