Ottimo per chi vuole soggiornare in centro a un buon prezzo
Ottima posizione: vicino al centro (negozi, ristoranti, lungolago, mercato, parco giochi, ufficio turistico) e comodo da raggiugere poiché vicino anche al porto, alla stazione dei treni e al parcheggio gratuito. Prezzo competitivo per la zona. Buoni i servizi offerti all'interno dell'appartamento: elettrodomestici, prodotti per pulizie e dotazione base in cucina con prodotti alimentari
L'appartamento e il palazzo sono vecchi e poco curati. Alcune cose sono usurate e sporche: le persiane cadono a pezzi, le pentole antiaderenti sono inutilizzabili, alcune piastrelle sono crepate e taglienti, il balconcino con stendino pieno di muschio e ragni. Ci sono forti odori provenire in particolare dal ristorante cinese sotto casa. Essendo un palazzo vecchio l'insonorizzazione non è pervenuta: si sentono tutti i rumori dalle scale e dagli altri appartamenti anche fino a tarda ora.

Je recommande cet appartement qui est parfait pour deux
La situation est vraiment exceptionnelle, à deux pas de la gare, en face du lac, à quelques enjambées de la Via Cavour. De plus et c'est assez rare pour être mentionnée: il y avait dans la cuisine le nécessaire pour se faire à manger (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, des pâtes) et ça c'est vraiment un plus!

Emplacement idéal. Très propre. Fluidité dans la communication avec l'hôte.
Attention, pas de vue sur le lac mais l'emplacement du logement reste idéal.
