For the price it’s exactly what I’d expect and exactly what we needed.
Handy location. We had a washing machine to clean our clothes and dishwasher so we didn’t have to wash up. Bed very comfortable.
The living room was oriented in a strange way so watching tv required you to move things around. Small complaint

We have spent 4 nights in this appartement. It's just perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the location of the appartement is great. It was very clean and we felt very Welcome.
As the building is quite old, you have to learn how to treat the locks with the key. But thats not a big problem, just try it a view time and then you know the turn ;-).

Excellent logement
Un lieu parfait pour séjourner au bord du lac Majeur. Très bon emplacement. Il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin dans l’appartement et il est très propre. Ce fut un plaisir de rester ici en famille.
Il y a certes un box , mais attention, il ne convient qu’à des voitures type Fiat 500.

Tatsächlich nur die zentrale Lage und der freundliche Vermieter
Es war extrem schmutzig, Zigaretten in der Toilette, Haare im Waschbecken und in den Ecken, Wäsche von Vormietern lag herum, alles staubig und vollgestellt , Dusche schimmelig und kaum Wasserdruck im verkalkten Duschkopf, Küchenfronten klebrig und alles sehr verwohnt. Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gemietet, können diese absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten, so dass wir uns nach 2 Nächten ein Hotel gebucht und die Wohnung 8 Tage früher verlassen haben.

Квартира понравилась ! В квартире есть все что нужно, и может понадобиться . А также отличное место расположение. Есть два балкона один выходит на проезжую дорогу другой в тихий Итальянский дворик. Нам понравилась квартира рекомендую. Даже есть гараж это огромный + (Opel zafira тесновато но поместился )
Кое где мы видели паутину и немного староват диван и кухонная мебель.
