A gastronomic delight in the historic city of Bologna

The villa is renovated, clean and modernly furnished. It is located on the 1 st. floor, has 3 bedrooms, a living room with open space kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has an inner courtyard with a dining table. It is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the old town center.

The front door does not ensure a perfect closure during the cold season and therefore it can be colder in the living room sometimes.

Large open plan lovely bright! Gorgeous flat amazing location! Hot powerful showers! Comfortable bed and pillows.

Very quiet, lots of light, comfortable beds

The thermostat was in a closet right next to the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi search to heat up the temperature next to the thermostat so it did not read correctly. It was impossible to get the temperature right in this very cold apartment without leaving the doors to the closet open, it was made more difficult by the fact that a hallway window had been left open before we arrived that we didn’t notice until the second day.

Ideal for up to 6 adults

Great location Balcony space was larger than anticipated which was great for spending the late afternoon having a drink. Beds very comfortable. Very helpful Marco who recommended places to eat.

De lokatie is perfect. Mooi ruim opgezet en gezellig ingericht. Goede bedden.

Het was erg koud en de plek is lastig warm te krijgen. Een afzuigkap zou ook handig geweest zijn, de kooklucht bleef hangen en omdat het zo koud was kon je ook niet even de ramen open zetten. Een slaapkamer heeft vochtproblemen.

Really lovely, spacious, well equipped, convenient apartment.

Really liked the flat; 3 double rooms, big living / dining area, well stocked kitchen, lovely outside space, near to centre of town, couldn't fault it really....

Errr.......struggling a bit here to be honest....can't actually think of anything I didn't like....

Tof appartement met ruime kamers, alles netjes en goede locatie. Minpunten : zowel vaatwasser als ijskast waren stuk, geen kledingkast in derde slaapkamer (je kan niks ophangen)
