Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it was very quiet and cozy. The heating worked well, with warm air coming out as adjusted. The location was convenient, as it was close to the tram.

It would have been nicer if there had been a small refrigerator and water.

The beds are comfortable and location is convenient, perfect for walking to the museum.

The size is a bit smaller than imagine, but it is ok. But the toilet is not clean enough properly when we just entered in the room I noticed that.

I could here my neighbors - I think something with the wall must be done. There seems to have no sound isolation. A bit more transparency about the parking organisation. People easily can got their car parked in Q-Park instead of the parking to the hotel.

Well-located for museums and the Palmengarten. Secure, on-site parking that was plentiful - not to be taken for granted at city-centre hotels. Staff very welcoming throughout. Breakfast good.

Perfect for the area where it’s located

The location of the hotel is perfect, especially if you’re in Frankfurt for an event in Festhalle. If you’re booking the double standard room the pictures are pretty similar but don’t expect something big. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. The hotel also provides extra softer pillows in the room in case you need them. With a walking distance of 7 min to the U-ban station and just a 10 min train ride to Altstadt, the hotels location is one of best options out there for the money.

We stayed at room number 2 which was right next to the door that connected the lobby with all the other rooms, so from time to time you could hear the door being slammed by the guests, especially in the morning. The hotel didn’t provide any kind of slippers so it was annoying to get from the bathroom to your bed through the carpet, so keep that in mind. Also if you want to have breakfast in the hotel you’ll have to pay an additional fee for the buffet.

Excelent hotel close to palmen garten

Great hotel in the business center. Very good value for money rate. We visited with 2 small children and the location (15 minutes on foot to palmen garten) was excelent. Highly recomended

Perfect location and value for money

Very good location. Tram stop is very near. Museums and mall are nearby. Located away from the busyness of the main train station, but it’s still a convenient distance from sightseeing.

Furnishings are sparse. There was no refrigerator and no facial tissue in the toilet. It was warm in the room when we came. We tried to open the windows but we couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

Clean and comfortable stay

Clean and comfortable for a short stay. I was able to check-in just before midnight which was great as I had a really late flight into Frankfurt airport. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly.

It was okay for the price.

he location of the hotel was really good. It was clean. Bed and the towels were okay to use and felt clean.

We paid for breakfast and thought that it will worth it. But the breakfast did not meet our exceptions it did not feel fresh or did not worth to 15 euros. Nothing special or delicious but just bread that we can feel full. the room did not get warm, it was kind a cold during the whole time.

Gutes Frühstück - Hotel empfehlenswert für eine Nacht

Kleines, überschaubares Frühstücksbuffet - aber alles wurde immer direkt nachgefüllt und war sehr frisch und lecker. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Gute Lage des Hotels: Zentral mit guter S-Bahn-Anbindung, aber trotzdem ruhig.

Wir hatten extra in diesem Hotel gebucht, da das Standard-Dreibettzimmer laut Hotelinfo drei BETTEN haben sollte (1x Einzelbett, 1x Französisches Bett). Leider hatten wir dann doch ein Zimmer mit Schlafcouch, was wir eben nicht wollten. Für drei Nächte mit drei Personen war das doch sehr eng und ungemütlich. Nach zwei Nächten Aufenthalt hatten wir um eine Zimmerreinigung gebeten, was uns auch von der Rezeption zugesagt wurde. Hauptsächlich ging es uns darum, dass wir frische Gläser + Tassen aufs Zimmer bekommen und die Mülleimer mal geleert werden, ggf. im Bad ein Mal gewischt. Als wir abends zurückkamen, stellte sich leider raus, dass nichts gemacht wurde. Es fand keinerlei Reinigung statt. Sehr enttäuschend! Das Zimmer hatte leider auch einige Flecken an Wänden, Teppich und Vorhängen.

OK, aber Geschäftsmodell kundenunfreundlich.

Um 12:00 war es nicht möglich ohne Zusatzkosten einzuchecken. Die Masche damit Geld zu verdienen ist sehr Kundenunfreundlich. Ausserdem ist der Frühstückspreis extrem hoch.

Η διαμονή μου στο Premier Inn Frankfurt Westend μου άφησε πολύ καλές εντυπώσεις!

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο και φρέσκα όλα τα είδη. Θα προτιμούσα να είχε τηγανιτά αυγά ή δυνατότητα να σου φτιάχνουν ομελέτα αλλά δεν πειράζει. Ο καφές εσπρέσο ήταν τέλειος, που δεν βρίσκεις συχνά σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία. Συνολικά ήταν παραπάνω από ικανοποιητικός ο μπουφές. Η θέα προς το δρόμο από τις τζαμαρίες ήταν αρκετά ρομαντική. Επίσης, βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά από τη στάση του τραμ αλλά και από τη στάση μετρό, οπότε σε διευκολύνει να προσεγγίσεις το κέντρο της πόλης. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευγενικό, πρόθυμο κι εξυπηρετικό.

Δεν μου άρεσε ότι το πάπλωμα ήταν αρκετά μικρό για μονό κρεβάτι και δεν βόλευε καθόλου (παρόλα αυτά ζήτησα μεγαλύτερο & ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως). Επίσης, η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου σαν να μην ήταν επαρκής και δεν μπορούσες να καταλάβεις πόσο ζέστη είχε στο δωμάτιο, καθώς δεν υπήρχε θερμοστάτης. Θα προτιμούσα ακόμα να έχει conditioner για τα μαλλιά γιατί μετά το λούσιμο δεν ξεμπερδεύονταν με τίποτα μόνο με τη χρήση σαμπουάν!

Ausstattung im Badezimmer eher sehr minimalistisch. Frühstück im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern eher eingeschränkt.

Konzertbesuch in Frankfurt

- gute Lage - sehr freundliches Personal - saubere Zimmer - in der Lobby haben wir abends lecker gegessen. Die Pizza ist gut.

- der Schlauch der Dusche war so verdreht und steif, daß er den Wasserstrahl entweder auf die seitliche Fliesenwand oder auf die Duschtür lenkte. Aber nicht in die Mitte, wo man stand. - leider nur einfache Aufbackbrötchen zum Frühstück

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war super zum Erreichen der Festhalle und auch fahrtechnisch gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Die Getränke- und Speisepreise waren sehr hoch.
