Amazing location and views. We loved our stay.. The pool was a little cold but managable.. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing..

Staffs are competent and service was great but the room was dated and could use some modernisation. Although parking is not run by the hotel, the underground parking connected to the hotel is very expensive at EUR45/night. I was told that there is a free street parking near by and provided with the precise location but didn't use it in the end.

Good overall stay. The breakfast was excellent, but the shower kept switching from very hot to very cold, which was frustrating. It would also be great to have a bottle-refill station available — paying €5 for a bottle of water is absolutely ridiculous.

A mixed bag, overall I think it is not worth the price we paid. Good points: Room large and clean, and quiet at night. Location is pretty good. Hotel is environmentally friendly. Swimming pool was quiet and clean but the water was rather cold (good for swim training but not good for relaxing). Bad points: The Wi-Fi in our room (379) was terrible (incredibly slow and not strong enough for it to work), we reported the issue to reception staff and they said it was working fine, it worked well in other hotel areas but clearly was not strong enough to reach our room. They only gave 1 coffee in the room, even though 2 of us were booked in, we asked for extras at reception and they gave us 2 more, very stingy with the coffee! The parking cost is extortionate (we parked elsewhere and walked 800m to hotel to avoid this cost).

For once, maritim Frankfurt seems to try to go back on track and recover from a few years of mediocrity. The lounge/bar is now open again, sauna is working what an improvement. I ve seen carpets being finally changed in bedroom so all of this make me think that after those renovations, we will be back to the "place to be" as it was years ago when the bar was packed with great drinks and live music. I m looking for a great maritim, big rooms, fun lounge as it used to be.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Maritim Hotel in Frankfurt. The service was consistently good, with the staff being attentive and professional throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices with high quality and freshness that made for a great start to each day. The location is another big advantage; it’s conveniently close to Skyline Plaza shopping center, making it easy to access shops, restaurants. The hotel is also well-situated for exploring Frankfurt, with good transport links. I would definitely recommend I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed as a couple - it was perfect for us, but you can tell it was the ideal conference hotel for business people. Pool area was great, lots of chairs, and a small gym too (we didn’t use the sauna). Beds were really comfy, great pillows. Staff all super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at reception too. Hotel has a tram stop right outside, and a metro stop a very short walk away. We didn’t have food or drinks here, but lots of options (and a small fancy bar opens up in the evening as well). Would stay here again!

The reason for my 1 star review is purely down to customer service or lack of. My husband with stage 4 cancer has been charged €26 for a glass of water! I attended the breakfast with my little boy and husband, my husband was unable to eat as he was due chemotherapy at 1pm at Univeristy hospital Frankfurt. Despite me explaining this to staff, they have still charged him €26!! I was told twice management would resolve this but they aren’t interested. Shame on the hotel disgusting

The hotel was great, staff were friendly and accommodated our needs. They switched us rooms to allow for early check in. The breakfast was amazing with great options. The area was a walkable and close to various amenities restaurants and shopping options.

The hotel doesn't deserve four stars. The air conditioning doesn't work. The pool and gym don't work. The park isn't free. The services are poor. There's a bar. There's no room service. There are no light meals in the evening, only machine-made meals.

I am somewhat satisfied about my visit, it depends on the room that you are staying at. My first room 637 was a little bit smells like dust in the carpet but when i got the upgrade to 830 the room was great and smells good.
