Goede locatie, dichtbij luchthaven Charleroi. De studio is krap maar functioneel. Supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand dus je hoeft de deur verder niet uit want je kunt zelf je eten maken en de drank in de koelkast bewaren. Binnenplaats met zitje en parasol is ideaal voor de rokers onder ons. Gratis parkeren in de straat is ook een meevaller. Communicatie met en informatie van de host vooraf verliep prima.
Ik heb geen tegenvaller, het is prima als voorovernachting wanneer je zoals ons een vroege vlucht hebt.

Le couchage très confortable.
Alain a super bien géré notre présence et les travaux. Avec l'isolation extérieure, le studio sera encore plus confortable.

The host was extremely helpful and showed up right away to fix a heating issue. Communication via messages and WhatsApp was excellent and highly responsive. Their kind manners and attention to detail, providing all the necessary info before and during our stay, show a true passion for doing things well.
Obviously this is no fault of the host, but the location leaves much to be desired. The area is quite dirty with a neglected and run-down atmosphere, both in terms of the neighborhood itself and the people around. If you are visiting Charleroi for work or a specific purpose and just need a place to sleep, you can overlook it. However, it is absolutely impossible to enjoy a pleasant walk around the area.

I liked the facilities of the property.
The host gave me a long list of chores to do on check in day. They asked me to clean up the dishes before leaving and take out the bins. Even though the dishes weren’t clean.
