The apartment is large, modern, clean, and well furnished with a lovely high, sloping roof. The double bed was very comfortable, with a fairly firm memory foam mattress and pillows. The bathroom has a very large walk-in rain shower with plenty of hot water. There is also a washing machine in the utility room before the bathroom. The small terrace has a stunning view of the canal and city. The kitchen area is modern and clean and the stove top and oven are easy to use. As others have mentioned, a few more kitchen utensils would make a difference but it did not deter us from cooking our own food from the wonderful local supplies. Plus there are may great Osterias in the city (I recommend "La Barrocciaia" for an authentic experience). The apartment is also in an excellent position to explore the city on foot, and there is an efficient and very affordable bus service to explore further afield.
Nothing that negatively affected our stay as there are so many good things!

Il monolocale è in ottima posizione nel quartiere della Venezia in un edificio ottimamente ristrutturato. Molto bello ed accogliente. Direi perfetto. Si nota l'attenzone al dettaglio.

De restaurantjes om de hoek
Appartement zelf was mooi maar 5 nachten daar geweest en er is geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Kregen 2 handdoeken en om extra handdoeken moeten vragen voor 5dg.
Perfecte locatie voor oversteek met de boot, niet om een week te verblijven want Livorno zelf heeft niets. Smerige omgeving ook.
