Appartement bien pensé, propre et confortable, terrasse agréable.
Une seul remarque par rapport à la climatisation qui est limitée avec ces fortes chaleur, elle s’éteignait automatiquement lorsque nous sortions et savions s donc à nouveau rafraîchir l’appartement en partant de 0 à notre retour. Mais ça restait plutôt acceptable.

Een moderne, mooi afgewerkt en schoon appartement op een gunstige locatie in Livorno. Ruim balkon met fijne jacuzzi. Prima bed. Prettige en directe communicatie met verhuurder. Wij verbleven hier 4 nachten.
Er zijn parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt, zowel op straat (veelal bezet) als in garage. Dit is wel erg duur.

The location is very good and it is a clean room.
They have a difficult check-in, asking for id pictures for all guests, selfie, extra money for linens, 50 euro warranty and too many unfriendly messages. The wardrobes are locked with padlocks, the room is very small and the sofa is really uncomfortable. Definitely not a place for more than 2 modest persons.
