Perfect place to chill & location beautiful

Apt was beautiful & was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. . Ruth & Susanna were the perfect hosts. Their response to any concerns or needs was immediate. We stayed for 10 days & Ruth had our apt cleaned , with new sheets & towels half way through our stay. I would recommend apt & Livorno to anybody who visits Tuscany. None of the huge crowds you experience in most areas, yet a beautiful vibrant town with lots of wonderful restaurants

Dalle stelle alle stalle

Appartamento ampio, arioso, luminoso, molto minimalista nell'arredo. Comodo nel letto, eccezion fatta per i cuscini (troppo enormi che causano cervicale, senza alternativa) e altra eccezione è la luce notturna persistente tutta la notte causa un fanale esterno piazzato sul muro che illumina quasi a giorno le camere. Per chi ama il buio, un supplizio.

La apparente cortesia mascherata della titolare che professa ospitalitá e regole ferree nei suoi appartamenti ma intanto permette ad altri ospiti di inscenare feste e caos notturno dalle 3,30 fino a prima mattina, scusandosene ma senza degnarsi di compensare in alcun modo il disagio causatoci. E che fa ancora orecchie da mercante, non memore di quanto da noi patito la notte prima, e invia la donna delle pulizie al piano superiore che alle 8 della domenica mattina parte con aspirapolvere e spostamento di mobilio, quando la pulizia dovrebbe cominciare quando gli ospiti lasciano le stanze dalle 10. Un follia, condita da menefreghismo e zero volontá a una compensazione in pecunia che le ha fatto nascondere la testa sotto la sabbia. Però ha sottolineato che lasciassimo i 6 euro di tassa di soggiorno sul tavolo...tsé

Très bon séjour

Logement spacieux et très propre avec une grande terrasse de laquelle il y a une belle vue. Climatisation confortable. Bien situé proche de la ville mais sans parking très proche.

Absence de rideaux occultants dans les chambres. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas de four micro-ondes. WiFi aléatoire Plage très éloignée

Pour un appartement t de cf style il est étonnant qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle et de lave-linge De plus une des deux salles d’eau avait un très mauvaise odeur de refoulement d’égout

Beeindruckend und absolut zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Wunderschöne Terrase direkt am Kanal. Das Appartement besticht durch eine außergewöhnliche Lage zwischen Hafen und Altstadt. Diverse Gastronomien in der Nähe.

Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können.

Angenehmer, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Größe, helle Wohnung. Schöne Terrasse mit atmosphärischem Ausblick auf Kanal und Hafen. 10 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle zu Fuß.

Fehlender Sonnenschirm. Leider sehr wenig Geschirr, für Familie bei weitem zu knapp. Etwas mehr Kleiderbügel und Haken wären sinnvoll.

Tolle Lage und tolle Vermieter bei der Kommunikation. Genug Restaurants in der Nähe für eine Nacht vor der Fährenfahrt perfekt

Die Betten könnten etwas besser ausgeführt sein- sind eher klein und die Couch als Schlafplatz ist eher für Kinder geeignet ….aber für 1 Nach gehts

Location favolosa, appartamento curato pulito profumato! Arredamento nuovo. Terrazza favolosa. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Vista sul canale. Posizione centralissima con parcheggio a 2 minuti. Grazie davvero
