It is great overall, but very low temperature spoiled it a bit

The location is great, the view is amazing. The flat is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

It was very cold in December - 13 C degrees is not enough. The radiators were there but they were cold.

Having so many steps to climb with luggage is a challenge.

Great place near great pizza

I loved the apartment layout and the fresh, clean furnishings. The second bedroom had a very pretty view of the city

The 52 steps to the entrance of the apartment gave me a bit of a workout. This was a good way to work off some of the very tasty pizza from A La Pizza - that was just across the waterway and had awesome servers

Lovely clean apartment with excellent views over the roof tops from upstairs bedroom. Ideal location for catching the ferry. Host was great about leaving details for access.

The air conditioning was great in the upstairs bedroom, but only one unit downstairs for the bedroom and large living room, so very warm and uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was accounted for. The location is great, most of the attractions are at a walking distance. The staff was great, the host made sure we settled in with no problem, gave us recommendations for the city and was always available

We liked the apartment and the facilities in it. The location was great. Only problem is stairs and AC..

It was modern and clean. Very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly set and ready to be used. It had a coffeemaker and a kettle for tea. Over, fridge and all you need.

It had 1 small AC on the bottom floor for the bedroom and the bed-sofa at the living room and to be honest it was still hot… the 2nd bedroom had a lot of tiny non-comfortable stairs to walk to so I would not recommend for older people. Moreover the apartment was in the 3rd floor NO ELEVATOR so we had to climb.

Cosy, clean, very pleasant apartment for 4 on a great location

Very cosy, refurbished and clean apartment, in the attic, well equipped, nice bathroom, two air conditioners (save you during very hot summer days), easy and elegant way to find the apartment key and enter the property. It is very well located within walking distance to the Old Venice (part of the city with restaurants by the channel) and 3 min by car to Livorno port (for those taking the ferry). We stayed just one night and enjoyed it - it da exactly what we were looking for. Owner (Susanna) was helpful with city tips and available for any questions.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin, sehr zentral gelegen, besonders, wenn man vom Hafen kommt. Tolle Möglichkeiten, in der Nähe zu essen oder Kaffee zu trinken. Super unkomplizierter check-in und check-out.

Es gab nur kaltes Wasser. Das Bett im oberen Zimmer quietschte sehr. Laute Musik aus der Nachbarwohnung. Für eine Nacht alles nicht schlimm, für einen längeren Aufenthalt vielleicht eher störend. Drei sehr steile Treppen, das muss man wissen.

Escale à Livourne

L’appartement est juste à côté du port et du centre de Livourne mais néanmoins dans une petite rue au calme. Il est très joliment arrangé et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Notre hôte a été particulièrement attentive à nos demandes et disponible.

Seulement pour les personnes mobiles car au 3eme étage . Dans l’appartement l’escalier qui mène à la chambre est « sportif »

Buon appartamento, eccellente posizione per gli imbarchi, un po' caro.

La posizione è eccezionale per quel che erano i nostri scopi: imbarcarci sul traghetto per la Corsica dell'indomani mattina. L'appartamento è a due passi da un parcheggio (gestito in modo ignobile, ma questa è un'altra storia) per cui comodissimo l'arrivo, lo scarico bagagli e la ripartenza all'indomani mattina. L'appartamento è ampio e ben tenuto, anche se gli spazi sono mal distribuiti (vedi note negative).

Per le nostre esigenze (due persone) è andato più che bene, a parte il prezzo che sembra un pochino alto rispetto a ciò che viene offerto. La seconda stanza è stata ricavata in una soffitta e si trova all'estremità di una scala ripida e con gli scalini sfalsati (mai vista prima d'ora una scala siffatta), quindi fruibile solo da persone in eccellente stato psicofisico e non necessitanti di frequenti visite all'unico bagno situato al piano inferiore. L'ampio salone, bello e ben tenuto è tuttavia di scarsa utilità. Bello il bagno, molto ampio, tanto ampio che la domanda sorge spontanea: perché non metterci anche un bidet? Capisco che i frequentatori possano essere in prevalenza stranieri, ma talvolta capiterà anche qualche italiano...

Zona tranquilla, appartamento spazioso, ampia zona cucina, due camerette separate.

La seconda stanza da letto ha una rampa un po' ripida di scale.
